MATERIAL
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
-
Purchaser agrees:
(1) The PowerScore Materials are the sole and exclusive property of PowerScore, and Purchaser will use the PowerScore Materials for the sole purpose of preparing for the specified exam;
(2) Purchaser shall not copy or cause to be copied or reproduced in any way, form, or manner, electronic or otherwise, any of the PowerScore Materials;
(3) Purchaser shall keep the PowerScore Materials confidential, and shall not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the PowerScore Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity; - Purchaser warrants that Purchaser is not an agent or employee of any other
test preparation company and is purchasing PowerScore Course Materials solely
for the purpose of increasing Purchaser’s test score.
- In the event
that Purchaser breaches any of Purchaser’s promises and warranties as
set forth in Paragraphs A, B and C herein, Student agrees that, in addition
to and without limitation of any other right or remedy to which PowerScore
is entitled, PowerScore may terminate Purchaser’s further participation
in PowerScore Test Preparation Services and may revoke Purchaser’s right
to use the PowerScore materials.
- Return/Refund
Policy:
(1) PowerScore has a No Refund - No Return policy on all items available for purchase unless the material you receive is damaged. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for assistance. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. If your material is damaged, do not send it back to us until you have received a Return Authorization Number.
